SNS - shipped two left feet and charged return
Ordered limited New Balance from Sneakersnstuff Sweden - Trustpilot 2.9/3.5k, known for great prices but terrible service. Parcel arrived in flimsy cardboard, shoebox ripped, and they sent two left feet. Customer service has no phone, only email managed by multiple people who don't read history, and they offered no replacement, just 'pay return shipping and wait'. They also charge $12 handling on returns plus your own postage. Fantastic selection when it works - my Wednesday order did arrive Friday once - but inventory says in-stock when it's not, then cancels a week later without notice.
