exit15 experience

Bought escape room board games here for family game nights. Game design impresses, puzzles balanced challenging without the frustration cheaper games cause, components feeling substantial rather than flimsy cardboard that tears quickly. Instructions clear with hint system preventing dead-ends that ruin evenings. Delivery took five days. One game box arrived with a dented corner though contents intact, replaced without debate. Prices reflect quality game design fairly, entertainment value per pound high for repeated plays.

Positive Experience game design puzzle balance component quality customer service value for money

Exceeded expectations

Average experience overall. The membership eventually worked out but there were delays along the way. The matching is fine when it works. Support did respond eventually. It is okay if you are patient, but manage your expectations.

Neutral membership delays eventual support fine matching patience required met expectations
