Orders stuck unfulfilled for weeks
Two of the three Japanese snacks boxes I ordered from GoodsOfJapan remain unfulfilled five weeks later, status unchanged despite the site taking full payment upfront. When I queried availability on a specific item, the price quoted mysteriously increased from the listing. The one box that did arrive was well packed and products authentic. But chronic unfulfilled inventory plus inconsistent pricing makes ordering here feel like a lottery.
