Wrong charger sent, returns are painful
Ordered a specific laptop charger from AuAdapterStore and received a different connector entirely, despite my model number being right there in the order. Getting them to acknowledge the mistake took several emails, and their return terms require me to front international postage for their error. The site design gave me the impression of a European company which was misleading. The correct unit did eventually ship after weeks. Exhausting experience overall.
