I want to share my experience so others can make a more informed decision before purchasing from this company. In my experience, the product I received did not match the quality or appearance that was advertised. It felt like a lower-quality version of what was shown on the website and did not meet my expectations.

I purchased a doll in March, and within just four months, the knee joint became damaged and unusable. When I contacted the company, they claimed the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect. However, based on my experience, the product did not seem to be assembled or built to a durable standard.

This was my second doll purchase overall, and I never experienced similar problems with my previous one, which lasted for years without issues. While the lower price may seem attractive, the quality and longevity of the product were disappointing.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Buyers should carefully consider product quality and long-term durability before making a purchase.
