Terrible customer intake experience
I was on a scheduled call with Alex L this morning
1) he showed up 5 minutes late to the meeting
2) when he did connect -- he immediately hung up
3) when I reconnected -- he told he was having problems with zoom this morning.
4) during the call I asked him to please explain briefly clever converters, he mentioned that they asked for me to watch a video. I told him I looked for th evideo but didnt find it in my emails, so I asked him to please explain what CC does. He then said it was a requirement to watch the video and when I said then should we hang up the call as opposed to explaining what CC does -- he said "sure" to hang up and "have a nice day".
Would had expected an intake that can explain what Clever Converter does -- and provide a 2-5 minute this is what we do and how we do it
