I am extremely disappointed with PDFAid. I was charged $49 for a subscription that I did not intend to continue using. I contacted their support team and requested a refund immediately after the money was deducted from my account. I also cancelled my subscription.
Despite taking action right away, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. It is frustrating and unacceptable to have to chase a company for a refund when I raised the issue immediately.
I expect PDFAid to process my refund promptly and provide a clear explanation of the delay. I would strongly advise other customers to carefully check the subscription terms before providing their payment details.
