No way to reach a real person

tried chat phone and email for two weeks. chat bot cuts you off phone tree goes in circles and the email on the site bounces. only got a reply after i posted here. how do you run an insurance company with zero contact options

Rates keep going up

My rate went up twice while my coverage and driving record stayed exactly the same. I called for an explanation and got a scripted answer. I shopped around and found less for the same deductible.
