Misleading Return Policy and No Exchange Option
I ordered eight clothing items in my usual size, but six of them were too small. Since the website advertised easy returns, I contacted customer service to request an exchange and even agreed to cover the return shipping costs. Instead of offering an exchange, they proposed a refund of only 20 dollars for clothing worth 125 dollars. I later realized their return policy states that returns are only accepted for quality issues and that slight differences in size and color are considered acceptable, making exchanges for sizing problems unavailable.
