Previously known as ZENIBAY. I ordered a stage light and completed the payment, but the item never arrived and the order status was never updated. I sent nine emails to customer service and received no response. I have now contacted my bank to investigate and request a refund. Very disappointing experience. They are now operating under the name quarbuy.com same people, same issues, and the same lack of response. I recommend avoiding this company.
