I was initially hesitant to post a review because I value my privacy, but I was encouraged to share my experience since it could help highlight the work Metro Flippers is doing. Over the past year, we’ve completed two transactions with Metro Flippers Investments. My funding officer was Laura Young, and I submitted a $4,000 security deposit in January, which was credited back to me at closing toward the end of February.
Overall, working with their team has been a positive experience. Their pricing is reasonable, and communication has been consistent throughout the process. While there were a few delays in meeting certain timelines, the team stayed proactive and kept me informed every step of the way. I will admit, they are very hands-on—my phone was constantly buzzing with updates and follow-ups whenever they couldn’t reach me, which speaks to how seriously they take each deal.
I’ll also admit that some delays came from my side, as I juggle multiple clients as a real estate agent in New York and wasn’t always quick with document submissions. Still, Billie and Chris made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable. They were supportive, clear with instructions, and stayed involved from application all the way through closing—something you don’t often see in today’s commercial lending space.
