This is honestly frustrating with Coinsbit. After my account was closed for a long period without prior notice, I was later asked to make a deposit to regain access to my account and withdraw my funds.
I followed the instructions and made the required deposit through the new Coinsbit•exchange platform. Surprisingly, my account was activated immediately after the deposit was confirmed.
While I’m glad I regained access, it feels unusual to be required to deposit money before being able to access and withdraw my existing funds.
I kindly ask the Coinsbit support team to review this deposit requirement and consider making the process clearer and more convenient for affected users.
