Note arrived late and employer initially rejected it
Used DrSick for a sick note during illness and encountered two problems documented by others here: delivery of the note itself missed the promised window by two days, and the document format initially confused my employer's HR system requiring reissue. The medical assessment questions were reasonable and the eventual note valid. But when the entire purpose is timely documentation, lateness undermines everything. Worked eventually, barely.
