Most Orders Remain "Unfulfilled"
I placed 5 orders between November 2022 and November 2024, and only one was fulfilled. Two were canceled due to "inventory" so why are items listed if they aren’t actually in stock? One was marked "other," which is unclear, and the last was labeled "customer" perhaps because I followed up too much while still hoping to receive my order.
