I've ordered eco-friendly products
I've ordered a few eco-friendly products from Greentech over the last year. The quality of the items, like their bamboo toothbrushes, is generally good and they arrive well-packaged. However, my experience has been mixed. Delivery times can be quite inconsistentsometimes fast, other times taking much longer than estimated. I also once received an incorrect item, and while customer service responded, the return process felt a bit cumbersome. They have a great concept and decent products, but the logistical side needs more reliability for me to become a regular customer.
