I bought the annual plan after the trial weekend went smoothly, and for the first few months it was exactly what I wanted, loads of UK and US channels plus a surprisingly deep movie section. Since then it has been a mixed bag: weekend support basically does not exist, the catch-up feature only works on maybe half the channels they advertise it for, and I have had to reinstall the playlist twice after server changes they never announced. When it works it is great, when it does not you are stuck waiting for Monday.
