Buyer beware – scam operation
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order worth around $300 for custom shoes as Christmas gifts for my family on 10/20. The next day, I received an email saying the shoes weren’t available in a certain sole color, even though that didn’t apply to my order. I confirmed that it was fine and asked them to continue processing the order.
After that, I heard nothing for months. On 12/24, I realized the order still hadn’t arrived and reached out for an update. They replied claiming they had sent a follow-up email asking about shoelaces, but I never received it. I told them this and asked them to resend the question so I could respond. Since then, they have completely stopped communicating.
I’ve sent multiple emails with no response at all. Learn from my experience and avoid this company entirely.
