If I could give this bank MINUS 5 STARS I would The latest and last incident is that I tried to make a bedding purchase online and it was around 5k They not only declined the card but when I got online with the chat they proceeded to tell me that I had a spending limit which I had no knowledge of and that they would NOT increase the limit to allow for my purchase I did not meet their criteria for a one time increase in the limit EXCUSE ME THIS IS MY MONEY HOW DARE THEY TELL ME I CANNOT SPEND IT THE WAY I WANT So I have sent my housemate co-owner of the account to withdrawl all funds and go down the street to another bank and open another account After being hacked 4 times since the merger and various other incidents I AM DONE WITH THESE people They will never control or use my monies again I sincerely hope they go under Lorem ipsum, dolor sit amet consectetur adipisicing elit.
