My terrible experience with this company

Initially this review described FinalPutt as a scam company that took my money and never sent my order This is akin to many reviews of this company on this site however it doesn t provide the full picture FinalPutt has the worst customer service I ve ever had to deal with that there is no disputing I ordered a product off their website which at the time and maybe still is covered with fake trustpilot reviews and it told me it would take 5-6 days delivery - which I had to pay for After 6 days I sent across an email to their customer services regarding the missing delivery and received an automated email saying they d respond within 24hours they did not At this point I m getting very anxious I ve been scammed and sent across another email to their customer service team EVENTUALLY they respond outlining that they have no idea what the problem is and they ll get back to me to this day they have never told me what the problem is nor did they get back to me in any form As a result I started to go through the process of claiming a refund through the bank now convinced that I ve been scammed and hence my original review left on this site After 1 month I finally receive the package no email no contact of any kind a complete and utter shambles of a process But I did eventually receive the product I imagine many are going through the process by which I went through and by no means is this review an attempt to support or justify the company But it s an attempt to hopefully provide some peace of mind to anyone who is concerned about their order If you haven t ordered a product off their website - I d strongly recommend going elsewhere
