Mixed Experience with Decent Results

Ordered a putting aid and some practice balls from Finalputt about a month ago, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag overall. The website itself was easy to navigate, and checkout was straightforward, which gave a good first impression for a golf gear store. Shipping, however, took longer than the estimated window, and tracking updates were sparse, so there were a few days where it felt like the package had stalled.

When the order finally arrived, the packaging was intact and reasonably protective. The putting aid works as described and has already helped tighten up short putts on the practice mat at home. Build quality is decent for the price, but it does not feel as premium as the product photos suggest, and the practice balls feel a little light compared to what most golfers might expect.

Customer service responded to a shipping inquiry, but it took a couple of days to get a reply and the answer was fairly generic. Overall, Finalputt is not a scam, and you can get usable golf training equipment here, but be prepared for slower delivery times and manage expectations on quality.
