I purchased from Senville as they are a Canadian company that I felt I could rely on I ended up having a technical issue with the 35pt Dehumidifier and customer service was exceptional The first call helped me troubleshoot the device to confirm whether or not it was functioning properly The second call was to source a replacement which arrived expediently and in good condition via courier It works beautifully
