I had two prescriptions that I ordered for my elderly cat one of which was compounded made to order Soon after my latest shipment arrived we had to put our 19 year-old cat down I called to to ask that they not send anymore medicine They were extremely friendly and even refunded the latest payment I hadn t expected them to do that And then the next day I received an arrangement of flowers from them Their PR department gets an A from me If I ever adopt another furry friend I will definitely order from Chewy
