Using Napsgear orders products themselves
Ive been using Napsgear for a few orders now. The products themselves have been legit and effective, which is obviously the most important thing. Shipping took a while, about three weeks to the US, but it did arrive discreetly as promised. My main gripe is with customer service. Getting a clear answer to a simple question about my order status was like pulling teethslow and frustrating emails. It gets the job done, but the overall experience feels a bit impersonal and clunky. You get what you pay for, I guess.
