terrible company to do business with

I ordered two fleece lined stretch pants for my wife both size small One fit but the other had to be mislabeled as she couldn t even get it up over her hips I contacted customer service and they advised me to send the one back gave me the return address and instructions on how to ship it I did what they said and waited for the replacement but nothing ever showed up When I enquired about an update they told me I was supposed to ship the item back to China factory not the Florida address that I was given by the customer rep The USPS receipt shows they received it in Florida but they are not acknowledging it I have have had to initiate a complaint with PayPal and they will get me my refund for the 1 item Do not do any business with them
