Misleading Product Descriptions and Poor Quality Control
I ordered two items from Sageholm and my experience has been disappointing. While the website marketing is attractive, the actual products don't match the descriptions provided. The quality is noticeably lower than advertised.
The first item I received appeared to be manufactured from synthetic materials despite claims of premium craftsmanship. The stitching was loose in several areas and the overall durability seems questionable. The sizing was also inconsistent - one item needed to be exchanged.
Customer service was slow to respond, taking nearly a week to acknowledge my concerns about quality issues. Their resolution process lacked clarity and transparency. The return process was complicated with multiple back-and-forth communications.
On the positive side, shipping was reasonably fast for the first order. Some product designs are genuine ly appealing in concept. However, the execution falls short of expectations.
Sageholm's prices suggest premium quality products, but the reality is substantially different. The gap between marketing and actual product quality is the main issue. I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve quality control and product authenticity. There are better-established retailers offering similar products with superior quality assurance and customer service. My advice: research thoroughly and read reviews carefully before purchasing.
