I was lucky and got my first set of pillows with the Kickstarter project I actually love the pillows they are great Would give 5 for that Tried to order some more And now the problems start They seem to be shipped from the US I ordered over a month ago I need them for guests next week I have received an order confirmation but that s it Nothing else can t track the order So I emailed customer service The auto reply says someone will follow up within 24-36 hrs I heard nothing and send another email two days later asking for a refund No reply either Just googled the company Seems like there s still a lot of kickstarter who didn t receive the order There seems to be chatter about class action law suit in the comments Based on Amazon US reviews it seems there s either a fake seller on Amazon or they have different products with varying quality I have no idea what went wrong with this company the product is great It feels like putting your head on a cloud yet you still have support for your neck Yet some highly incompetent people messed this business up There s no need to screw up customers and take their money and not fulfilling an order They could make a ton of money with this product by actually delivering and getting a great reputation and grow the business What a shame I will now speak with my card company to see whether I can get my money back
