If I could give it negative stars I would I called to tell them about an account at their bank that is being used by scammers for FRAUD against people I work at a company that the fraudster used an employee s name to update their banking information to THEIR banking information Luckily I found this out in time HOWEVER Go2Bank customer service hung up on me because the lady could barely speak English and didn t understand what I was telling her She insistead that I had to have a card number because an account number wasn t good enough I called back to the fraud department and was told that they can t find an account using the account number I told them their bank was being used by scammers to commit fraud and I assumed they would want to know but they said essentially oh well What bank on the planet cannot look up an account using an account number I didn t ask for any information I was just trying to GIVE them information so they could flag or watch this account I m wondering if this entire bank is used to launder money and defraud people Now I see why their overall reviews are 90 horrible
