My mom had rush card but they are not taking prepaid anymore and my mom still had time to activate but the lady didn t listen and close her account without her permission and started to rudely yelling at my mother and my mother yelled right back and said I m going to another bank switch she did Don t put your money on this card nor apply to them STAY AWAY FROM THEM

If I could give it negative stars I would I called to tell them about an account at their bank that is being used by scammers for FRAUD against people I work at a company that the fraudster used an employee s name to update their banking information to THEIR banking information Luckily I found this out in time HOWEVER Go2Bank customer service hung up on me because the lady could barely speak English and didn t understand what I was telling her She insistead that I had to have a card number because an account number wasn t good enough I called back to the fraud department and was told that they can t find an account using the account number I told them their bank was being used by scammers to commit fraud and I assumed they would want to know but they said essentially oh well What bank on the planet cannot look up an account using an account number I didn t ask for any information I was just trying to GIVE them information so they could flag or watch this account I m wondering if this entire bank is used to launder money and defraud people Now I see why their overall reviews are 90 horrible

This is the worst bank I ve ever done business with I cancelled an order online becaise it was placed on accident The vendors mistake Go2 kept an authorization hold on for 10 days This was causing me to incur service charges daily for NSF They refused to release the hold before the 10vdays and kept charging me NSF fees Customer Service is hard to understand they straight up lied to me and they have to put me on hold to find the answers to my questions DONT USE THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE THE EPITOME OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG IN THIS WORLD

I have more of a question than a review I need to receive a payment from someone and he wanted to transfer through Go2Bank Then I received an email saying I needed to buy a crypto voucher to confirm my identity I did this but there was something wrong with it so now they are asking me again They say I need a voucher of 1000 - This is a scam right Or is this a thing if you want to transfer money from US to the Netherlands No right In that case they stole my money

Well I now have at least 2 months of irrefutable proof and hard evidence that GO2 bank is stealing my money I took daily screenshots of my transactions and pre-authorizations and recently reduced my account balance causing it to be overdrawn But when a payment was made or after I checked out of an hotel that released their auth hold for incidentals related authorization holds were never credited back into my account They just disappeared and so did my money This has been going on for months and they ve stolen HUNDREDS of dollars from me this way over the year Customer service is terrible no help passive-aggressive dismissive shady and rude as hell It s time to get the law involved For all we know the thousands perhaps millions of dollars they ve stolen from their customers could be funding terrorist organizations in this dangerous geopolitical world we live in since no one you talk to seems to work IN America Charging them with fraud and embezzlement then flooding the FDIC CFPB and even the FBI with complaints and evidence is a good start Since they obviously don t care about their customers GO2 bank needs to be liquidated and shut down permanently No mercy
