Vince was amazing Best customer support ever

I am usually the type of person to shy away from making the trip to the store to close the deal but after a mishap occurred from another online furniture store I decided enough was enough Vince was super kind knowledgeable funny and patient while I was looking through the selection at the Lincoln Park Store I specifically needed a couch set that would fit through my basement unit door so he made sure that I never got too invested in furniture that might not fit which I really needed help with since I tend to want to biggest and fluffiest couch I see I found a great modular set that was the best of both worlds thanks to his help Best of all Vince was very reassuring if I needed to do a return just in case something didn t fit I definitely will be shopping here again hopefully with Vince for a new mattress since we had a wonderful discussion about the variety Bob s offered
