Horrible Experience

It took forever to get the product after they stated it had shipped After I received it and placed it on my dog the colored nylon covering came apart from the plastic frame binding it more than 4 inches within minutes I wrote them and they asked for a picture which I was glad to send and they then offered a 5 refund and suggested I take it to a tailor shop for repair REALLY I declined to do that and said I was not happy with that suggestion and would like the issue resolved They replied that the 60 day satisfaction guarantee only applied if the package was unopened and also never put on the dog REALLY ONCE AGAIN How would I have known the harness was defective if it wasn t opened and put on my dog So I said I would be happy if they would just replace the product Their reply was that I could only send it back in the original plastic bag it was sent in It came in a clear plastic bag inside a white plastic mailer and I would have to pay the first class return postage Then they would decide if they would send me another harness or I could just accept a 15 refund Horrible product and horrible customer service from this company I have received several ads from products that look like the same harness on my Facebook app and I think that this might be a scam company running the same lousy product under several different product names DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON A GripHarness
