My refrigerator was not cooling First American Home Warranty FAHW sent a tech out to diagnose the problem He found it was a manufacture warranty part The tech informed FAHW of the warranty repair FAHW immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and scheduled an appointment to have my refrigerator repaired They did a wonderful job I am very pleased with their customer service FAHW is the best
