I ordered a dress and paid additional money for expedited service The dress arrives and was an absolute disaster I immediately reached out sent pictures and requested a refund Their response was keep the dress we ll give you 10 refund The 2nd response was keep the dress or give it away I wouldn t dare do either They re trying not to refund my money I want my money back I have copies of the emails pictures and everything to show the world do not order from Promstyle They ruined my birthday with that horribly made dress I m fighting with them currently about getting a return address or label and a full refund 150 wasted
