Once you learn how to use the website it is EASY to order meals or defer shipments to a future week The meals are packaged well and come very cold but not frozen There is plenty of frozen gel to keep the food refrigerated Some of the meals taste amazing I like the steak and salmon meals a LOT It only takes 2 minutes to cook a meal and it clean-up is trivial
