So first off they tell you you have 30 days to get a full refund Then at 28 days the guy literally said yeah our sales guys say that but there actually is a 10 fee they don t tell you about I recorded the call- he ACTUALLY said that On a 3200 product that matters second and more importantly if I spoke Hindi my experience would have been much much better it was 3 1 2 weeks in until any of the people on my accounting team had English as a first language and ONLY after a lot of escalation I cancelled because at 4 weeks in I still had nothing ZERO to show for their work- like I couldn t say if they sucked or not because they hadn t produced one single document I ONLY needed one doc to be done fast and even that they couldn t get done I could have filled it out myself in 2 hrs but this is why I hire a CPA team I uploaded everything they asked for within 24hrs so yeah- terrible would be the best mark I could give them
