Customer Review: Worst Experience with OnesieBuy
I highly advise against buying from OnesieBuy. After placing my order, I didn't hear anything from them for TWO weeks regarding shipping. I reached out to inquire if my product had shipped, and their response was that it had already shipped, but according to the shipping tracker, they only processed my order after I emailed them. This delay was completely unprofessional. They claim to ship within 24 hours, but I experienced a two-week delay, even during Halloween season, which they should’ve anticipated.
I also requested a cancellation after realizing the delay, but they ignored my emails. They didn’t respond to my refund or return requests either, which is completely unacceptable. I’m now disputing the charge with PayPal. Don’t waste your money on this site. OnesieBuy's customer service is practically non-existent, and their shipping is beyond unreliable.
I also paid extra for faster shipping, but my order still didn’t arrive in time. When I tried to get tracking information, I was completely ghosted until I had to repeatedly follow up. The lack of communication is appalling.
I also noticed that they charged me more than the amount they had listed for shipping at checkout. They later requested an additional $15 for shipping, which was completely misleading. The charges even came under a different company name. Sketchy, to say the least.
My biggest issue, however, was the fake tracking number they provided, which USPS flagged as counterfeit. They sent me a completely invalid tracking number, and now I’m left with a ruined experience. Avoid OnesieBuy at all costs!
