DO NOT use this site. It’s a scam, and they have no intention of fixing their issues.
I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this website. They operate with clear bias, favoring their larger creators even when they scam customers. I spent nearly $50 on a PPV post that was HORRIFICALLY misrepresented, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Worse yet, I know someone who was even threatened with legal action for exposing a legitimate fraud case.
Whenever users bring up real issues about creators or the platform, they dismiss complaints as false instead of addressing the problems. If the site management, employees, or creators can’t handle criticism, they shouldn’t be running a business. I stopped using this site a long time ago, and honestly, you should too.
I've tried contacting account services multiple times—no response to calls or emails. It’s like no one actually works there. Some creators accept subscriptions but don’t even post content. I’ve attempted three times to remove my information from the site, even though I never willingly signed up, and support remains completely unresponsive. At this point, I’m considering legal action just to get a response.
This platform is shady. Someone else mentioned being overcharged multiple times without receiving access, and I can confirm that this kind of scamming happens. If you’ve used this site, change your password immediately. I subscribed to a creator, got charged, but never received access. That’s money I’ll never get back.
