Beware of Quarbuy – Absolute Scam!
I placed an order with Quarbuy (formerly known as ZENIBAY) for a stage light, paid in full, and never received my item. The order status never updated, and despite sending 9 emails to their so-called customer service, I received no response. Their contact email is fake, and they completely ignore customers.
I have now asked my bank to investigate to get my money back. This company keeps changing names, but it's the same scam, same people, and same non-response. Stay far away from Quarbuy – do not waste your money!
