Bunny Stream Reviews – Stay Away from This Scam Service!
I wish I had checked Bunny Stream reviews before signing up! Their customer service is rude and arrogant, and their so-called support is completely useless. The service keeps freezing, and they are always "upgrading their servers" but never actually fixing anything.
I tried to use their trial version, but the setup instructions were terrible. There is no phone number to call, and their live chat is a joke—no one responds. I opened a support ticket, but they took forever to reply and gave no real solution. You'd think they’d be prompt with new customers, but clearly, they don’t care. Not a good start, and I’m already looking for another IPTV provider.

I signed up for a month, but the service stopped working after just five days. I submitted multiple tickets and spent over 72 hours troubleshooting, only to get nowhere. I requested a refund, and they pretended to process it, even sending me a confirmation email. But guess what? I never actually got my money back. My credit card was never refunded. This company is a TOTAL SCAM—do not try or sign up!

After installation, I had a question and left a message on live chat. No response. I messaged again the next day—still nothing. I finally emailed them, and that’s when I got a response, but not the one I expected—they cut off my service completely!
I demanded a refund within their 72-hour refund policy, but they ignored me. As the saying goes, buyer beware—this site should be shut down for scamming customers.
VPN Issues & Ignoring Customers
If you use a VPN, expect 404 errors on every channel. After reading other Bunny Stream reviews, I found that turning off my VPN temporarily made the service work again. But the moment I turned it back on, Bunny Streams stopped working. Clearly, they block VPN users but won’t admit it. When I asked support about this, they ignored me completely.
Unauthorized Charges & No Refunds
After trying their service and failing to get it to work, I requested a refund within the 72-hour window. No response. Instead of canceling, they charged my account again the next month! According to their site, I could cancel via PayPal, which I did. But the following month, they billed my bank directly without my permission. I didn’t notice for months because I assumed the charge was from my new IPTV service. Despite having proof of cancellation within 72 hours, they never refunded me.
Final Thoughts – DO NOT BOTHER
If I could give zero stars, I would. Their service lags constantly, channels randomly stop working, and they never update customers on ongoing issues. Their EPG never works, and updating takes over 25 minutes, even with high-speed internet.
Their "support team" is nonexistent, and if you try to reach out for help, they will ignore you. I have switched to Typhoon Labs IPTV and couldn’t be happier.
