Bunny Stream Reviews – A Complete Disaster!
If I could give zero stars, I would! Bunny Stream is hands down the worst IPTV service I have ever used. Their rude and arrogant customer service alone is enough reason to stay away. The service keeps freezing, and they’re always claiming to be upgrading servers, but nothing ever improves. It’s just an excuse to avoid addressing real issues.
Setup Nightmare & Nonexistent Support
I attempted to use their trial version, but their setup instructions were useless. To make matters worse, there’s no phone number to call. I reached out via chat and support tickets, but their response time was horrible, and they provided no real solutions. You would think they’d prioritize new customers, but clearly, they don’t. Not a good start, and I’m already looking for a better IPTV provider.

I tried them out in Canada, paid for a month, and guess what? The service stopped working after just five days! I submitted multiple support tickets and spent over 72 hours troubleshooting with no fix. Frustrated, I requested a refund. They pretended to process it and even sent a confirmation email, but my credit card was never refunded. Don’t fall for this scam—they do NOT offer refunds!

I gave Bunny Streams another shot, thinking maybe they improved. Big mistake! After purchasing a one-month subscription, I had a simple question and left a message on their live chat—no response. I tried again the next day—still nothing. I even emailed them, and instead of answering my question, they cut off my service! When I demanded a refund, they simply ignored me. Buyer beware—this company is a scam.
Service Bucks & VPN Issues
If you use a VPN, expect constant 404 errors on all channels. I turned my VPN off, and the service miraculously started working again. When I turned it back on, it failed. After multiple tries, it randomly worked again. Clearly, Bunny Streams blocks VPN users but refuses to admit it. Instead of helping, they just ignore your emails.
Shady Billing Practices – Beware!

No response, no confirmation, nothing. Then, the next month, they billed me again! I followed their instructions and canceled the PayPal recurring payment, yet they charged my bank account directly without permission! I only noticed after several months, thinking the charge was from a new IPTV provider. Despite having proof of cancellation, they refused to refund me. This company is beyond shady—avoid at all costs!
