My Photo Wallet Review: Absolutely Disappointing Experience
I don’t know how they could mess up this bad! My first order with My Photo Wallet a year ago went well, so I thought I could trust them again. However, after placing a new order a month before I had to leave for the airport, things took a turn for the worse. I sent a perfectly visible photo, but somehow, they made my face in the photo extremely dark, with barely any features visible.
They sent a preview, and I immediately pointed out how terrible it looked, but they still went ahead and shipped it 8 days later. When it arrived, my face was completely inked out, even worse than the preview! What’s the point of gifting this to someone when it looks like a black blob? Anyone working on this should’ve realized how horrible it looked and tried again.
They only offered me half of my money back, and I was forced to reorder, basically having to explain it all over again. I paid a ridiculous amount for “fast” shipping, but 11 days later, it still hasn’t arrived. The customer service lady I’ve been emailing is apparently a robot with no real understanding of my situation. I had to repeat myself multiple times, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I even showed my friends and family, and they were just as baffled as I am.
I tried contacting the delivery service, but no one will respond. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’m genuinely upset. I thought I could trust them to do their job, but this experience has been absolutely shocking. I’d definitely advise against trusting My Photo Wallet again.
