44BoardShop Review: Mixed Experience with Delivery and Customer Support
When it comes to 44BoardShop, opinions really do vary — and my experience unfortunately aligns with the more negative ones. I placed an order on 03/11/2023, expecting a quick turnaround, but the item only reached their shipping warehouse on 14/11/2023. That kind of delay just doesn’t work when you're on a tight timeline, so I had no choice but to cancel.
To make matters worse, trying to get in touch with 44BoardShop was incredibly frustrating. I called multiple times and never got an answer — it felt like I was being completely ignored. After three weeks with no shipping confirmation, I decided to check their 44BoardShop Trustpilot reviews, and to my surprise (or maybe not), many others were facing the same issues: no updates, no communication, and slow delivery.
Luckily, I paid via PayPal. I submitted a claim, and to their credit, I got my money back the next day, along with a polite email from Vanessa at 44BoardShop. But still — why did it have to come to that?
Some customers even reported getting calls from Spain after a refund, offering the same item at a discounted price, which just feels off. It gives the impression that their stock system is chaotic or misleading. I noticed others saying items marked “in stock” turn out not to be available, causing unnecessary stress and delays.
This isn't to say the shop is entirely illegitimate — I believe 44BoardShop is a real company, and some customers seem happy with their purchases, praising their wide range of brands and seasonal updates. But based on the volume of complaints, there’s clearly a pattern of poor logistics and bad customer service.
