They do not honor their return policy – 3 months and still no refund
I purchased an item that was not what I expected. I contacted the company in January to initiate a return, and they promptly provided return instructions. I followed their directions and returned the item on time. The package had to be shipped to China, which cost me over $100 out of pocket. I sent them the return confirmation as requested, but I never received the refund they promised. It has now been over three months, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. I’m now out nearly $400, with no refund and no way to reach them.
