Rubmaps go-to finding massage

Rubmaps has been my go-to for finding massage spots when I'm traveling, and it's definitely a useful resource. The user-submitted reviews give you a real sense of the places, which is hard to find elsewhere. However, the site itself feels pretty dated and clunky to navigate. My biggest gripe is the paywall; you have to buy credits just to read most of the details, which gets expensive fast. It does the job, but it's not a smooth or cheap experience.

Rubmaps solid resource

Rubmaps has been a solid resource for me when I'm traveling to a new city and looking for a legitimate massage. The site layout is a bit dated, but the user reviews are generally reliable and have helped me avoid some sketchy places. I found a great spot in Denver last month with a very skilled therapistexactly what I needed after a long drive. It's not perfect (the subscription model can feel pricey), but for finding quality, no-fuss massage studios, it gets the job done well.

They do not honor their return policy – 3 months and still no refund

I purchased an item that was not what I expected. I contacted the company in January to initiate a return, and they promptly provided return instructions. I followed their directions and returned the item on time. The package had to be shipped to China, which cost me over $100 out of pocket. I sent them the return confirmation as requested, but I never received the refund they promised. It has now been over three months, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. I’m now out nearly $400, with no refund and no way to reach them.
