Beware of Quarbuy: Scam Alert and Customer Experience Review

I placed an order with Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY) for a stage light, paid the full amount upfront, but never received my item. The order status never updated throughout the process, and despite sending multiple emails—nine in total—to their customer service, I received absolutely no response. Their listed contact email appears to be fake, and the company completely ignores customer inquiries.

What’s more concerning is that Quarbuy seems to be operating under different names but run by the same people, using the same scam tactics. I’ve now escalated the issue by involving my bank to investigate and recover my money. Based on my experience and similar reports, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid Quarbuy to prevent losing money on undelivered orders.

This pattern of unresponsiveness, fake contacts, and name changes indicates a lack of legitimacy and trustworthiness. Always research companies thoroughly and look for verified customer feedback before making online purchases.
