Quarbuy Review 2025: Beware of Non-Delivery and Poor Customer Service – A Cautionary Tale

I placed an order with Quarbuy (formerly known as ZENIBAY) for a stage light, paid the full amount upfront, but unfortunately, I never received the item. The order status remained unchanged throughout, and despite sending nine emails to their listed customer service address, I never received a single response. It turns out their contact email is fake, and they completely ignore customers. This company appears to be running the same scam under different names, as they recently rebranded to Quarbuy but with the same untrustworthy practices and no communication. I have now involved my bank to investigate and recover my money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to stay far away from Quarbuy to avoid wasting money on undelivered products and unresponsive service. This review is shared to help others avoid falling victim to similar issues.
