Beware of Quarbuy: Scam Alert and Customer Experience Warning

I want to share my honest experience with Quarbuy (previously known as ZENIBAY) to help others avoid potential scams. I placed an order for a stage light, paid the full amount upfront, but never received my item. Throughout the process, the order status remained unchanged, and despite sending 9 emails to their customer service, I never got any response. Their listed contact email appears to be fake or inactive.

It’s troubling that this company keeps rebranding under different names like Quarbuy but continues the same pattern of ignoring customers and failing to deliver products. Due to the lack of communication, I’ve had to involve my bank to investigate the transaction and seek a refund.

Based on my experience and similar reports, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution and avoid Quarbuy. It seems to be a recurring scam with the same operators behind it. Protect your money by researching thoroughly before making any purchases from this site.
