Travelfrom Reviews – Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support

I booked a flight through Travelfrom, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My payment was confirmed, but I never received the electronic ticket. Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and chat attempts over several days, I received no response from their support team. Their online check-in system didn’t work, and I faced unexpected fees for luggage and other services that weren’t properly included.

The lack of communication caused me to miss my original flight, rearrange hotel bookings, and purchase last-minute tickets at a much higher cost. This not only wasted my time but also caused significant financial loss. Travelfrom’s customer service is unhelpful, slow, and often unresponsive, leaving travelers in stressful situations.

Based on my experience, Travelfrom is highly unreliable and not recommended for booking flights. Their service shows little respect for customers, and there’s no guarantee of receiving refunds or proper assistance when things go wrong.
