Travelfrom Reviews: Real Experiences Highlight Unreliable Service and Poor Customer
I booked a flight through Travelfrom, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After paying for my ticket, I never received a proper confirmation. Attempts to contact their customer service via email, phone, and chat were completely ignored, leaving me stranded without a flight. On top of that, hidden charges for luggage and online check-in added unnecessary stress, and any changes or cancellations were handled poorly. It felt like my money was blocked without providing any real service. Based on my experience and numerous other Travelfrom reviews, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Customers should be aware of the risks and consider more reliable travel agencies.
