enereteam Reviews — My Firsthand Experience: Unauthorized Listing, Fake Coupons & No Response

I’m posting this as a business owner who found my company listed on Tenereteam without consent. The listing included outdated contact details, coupon codes that did not work, and customer names that do not match our records. I submitted an honest, critical review and asked for the listing to be removed via their contact form and email multiple times; I received no meaningful response and my critical review was not published while positive reviews remained. This has caused customer confusion and reputational harm.

What I did: I documented the listing (screenshots), saved copies of the invalid coupon codes, recorded all contact attempts, and filed a DMCA/takedown notice with the site host. I’m prepared to pursue further action if the listing isn’t removed.
