I ordered a onesie from Onesiebuy as a Halloween costume, paying extra for 3-5 day shipping. The tracking number they provided never updated, and I received no meaningful response after multiple emails. When the item finally arrived, the quality was poor—colors bled and parts of the costume were damaged. Their customer service has been unresponsive, and refund or cancellation requests are nearly impossible to process. Shipping was costly, and communication was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would advise caution and recommend exploring alternative sellers to avoid similar issues.
